Company Policy – Here comes the two types of policies which are the Privacy Policy of the Customer and the Return Policy.

Privacy Policy

To better assist those who are concerned about how their “Personally Identifiable Information” (PII) is being used online, this privacy policy has been put together. Information that can be used to identify, reach out to, or locate a single person, or to identify a person in context, is referred to as PII in Indian privacy law and information security. To fully understand how we gather, use, safeguard, or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website, please read our privacy policy carefully.

What personally identifiable data do we gather from users who access our blog, website, or app?

You may be required to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, or other details when placing an order or registering on our site, as applicable. By providing this information, you can make the most of your experience.

How and when do we gather information?

When you sign up for our newsletter, place an order, register on our site, fill out a form, or enter information online, we receive information from you.

What do we do with your info?

When you register, make a purchase, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a survey, respond to a marketing email, browse our website, or use specific other site features, we may use the information we learn about you in the following ways:

  • To make your experience more tailored and to enable us to deliver the content and product options that most appeal to you.
  • To enhance our website so that we can better assist you.
  • In order for us to fulfill your requests for customer service more effectively.
  • To manage a promotion, survey, contest, or other website feature.
  • To complete your transactions quickly.
  • To request ratings and reviews of products or services
  • To contact them again after writing to them (live chat, email or phone inquiries)

How are your data protected by us?

To make your visit to our site as secure as possible, we regularly scan our website for security flaws and known vulnerabilities.

We frequently scan for malware.

Only a small group of people with special access rights to these systems and who have agreed to keep the information confidential are able to access the secured networks where your personal information is kept. Additionally, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is used to encrypt all sensitive or credit information you provide.

To protect your personal information, we take a number of security precautions whenever a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information on our website.

No transactions are stored or processed on our servers; instead, they are all processed through a gateway provider.

Are “cookies” used by us?

Definitely. If you allow it, a website or its service provider may transfer a small file known as a cookie to your computer’s hard drive. Cookies help the website’s or service provider’s systems identify your browser and collect and remember specific information. The items in your shopping cart, for instance, are processed and remembered with the aid of cookies. In addition, they assist us in better serving you by assisting us in understanding your preferences based on past or present site activity. In order to provide users with better site interactions and tools in the future, we also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and interaction.

Cookies serve the following purposes for us:

Make the items in the shopping cart easier to recall and process.

Recognize and remember user preferences for upcoming visits.

Keep an eye out for ads.

In order to provide better site experiences and tools in the future, compile aggregate data about site traffic and user interactions. We might also make use of reliable third-party services to monitor this data on our behalf.

You have the option to turn off all cookies or have your computer warn you each time one is sent. You can accomplish this through your browser’s settings. Because every browser is a little bit different, check the Help menu of your browser to find out how to properly edit your cookies.

Google Ads

The Google Advertising Principles are a concise summary of Google’s advertising requirements.

On our website, we employ Google AdSense advertising. Cookies are used by Google, a third-party vendor, to serve ads on our website. Using the DART cookie, Google can target advertisements to our users based on their past usage of our website and other websites on the Internet. Users can choose not to have the DART cookie used by visiting the privacy statement for the Google Ad and Content Network.

Third-party links

On our website, we neither offer nor include goods or services from third parties.

These changes have been made by us:

Google AdSense remarketing

To gather information about how users interact with ad impressions and other ad service features as they relate to our website, we and third-party vendors like Google use first-party cookies (like Google Analytics cookies), third-party cookies (like the DoubleClick cookie), or other third-party identifiers.

Some of the features that improve your website experience may not work properly if you disable cookies. The efficiency of your site will not be impacted, though it might not work properly.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) gives parents control over the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old. The COPPA Rule, which outlines what owners of websites and online services must do to safeguard children’s safety and privacy online, is enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, the consumer protection agency of the United States.

We don’t specifically target kids under the age of 13 with our marketing.

Your email address is gathered by us so that we can:

1) Send data, answer questions, and/or other requests or inquiries

2) Process orders and send updates and information about orders.

3) Send you additional details about your good or service.

4) Promote our mailing list or keep sending emails to our customers after the initial transaction.

We agree to the following in order to comply with CANSPAM or Not to SPAM law:

  1. Avoid using misleading or false email addresses or subject lines.
  2. In some logical way, identify the message as an advertisement.
  3. Include our company’s or the site’s headquarters’ actual address.
  4. If a third-party email marketing service is used, keep an eye on it for compliance.
  5. Quickly honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests.
  6. Make it possible for users to opt out by clicking the link at the bottom of each email.
  7. You can email us if you would ever like to stop receiving emails from us in the future.

If you follow the instructions at the end of each email, we’ll promptly unsubscribe you from ALL communication.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Our policy is in effect for 24 hours following the purchase or receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund if 24 hours have passed since your purchase.
  2. If you’ve received an item that is “Damaged,” “Defective,” or “Not as Described,” you can conveniently submit a return request online by sending an email to info@flippingpages.in.
  3. We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return. Ideally, a screenshot of the email receipt you receive from us following a purchase.
  4. Novels, novellas, short stories, poetry, general and narrative non-fiction, biographies and memoirs, business, travel, cookery, religion, philosophy, self-help, reference and quizzing, photography, and illustrated books will all be exempt from the return policy.
  5. Services like editing, marketing, book reviews, beta reading, publishing, proofreading, and cover design have no return policy.

If the buyer discovers them to be in poor condition, they will be replaced within 14 business days.

Refunds will be started as soon as the seller (e-commerce sellers or any other third party) or Flipping Pages Publications receives the original item. If the same product is in stock, replacements will be made.

A refund will be given if a replacement can’t be made.

Policy to get a Refund

  1. If you’re accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, or to the bank account you specified, within a certain period of time, probably within 7 business days.
  2. In order to let you know that we have received your return email inquiry, we will send you an email once we receive it. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.
  3. Contact us right away at info@flippingpages.in if you don’t receive the refund by the scheduled time.

Refunds that are delayed or not issued (if applicable)

We put the needs of our customers first and offer hassle-free, economical publishing. We have strong words, but

  1. Check your bank account once again if you haven’t already gotten a refund.
  2. Then get in touch with your credit card or debit company; it can take some time before your refund is formally posted.
  3. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is often some processing time.

Please email us at info@flippingpages.in if, after trying everything mentioned above, you still have not received your refund.

We won’t issue a refund if we’ve already begun working on your proposal or project and have only finished 20% of it.
