If the buyer discovers them to be in poor condition, they will be replaced within 14 business days.

Refunds will be started as soon as the seller (e-commerce sellers or any other third party) or Flipping Pages Publications receives the original item. If the same product is in stock, replacements will be made.

A refund will be given if a replacement can’t be made.

Policy to get a Refund

  1. If you’re accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, or to the bank account you specified, within a certain period of time, probably within 7 business days.
  2. In order to let you know that we have received your return email inquiry, we will send you an email once we receive it. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.
  3. Contact us right away at if you don’t receive the refund by the scheduled time.

Refunds that are delayed or not issued (if applicable)

We put the needs of our customers first and offer hassle-free, economical publishing. We have strong words, but
